Steve - For this macro shot I uses a Nikon 1 V1 camera fitted with Nikon 10-30mm lens and a 10mm Extension tube. This results in image of about 40mm side to side filling up the sensor. The tip of the lens was about 60mm from the insect. I used the cha-cha method for this stereo image.

What kind of camera do you use for these macro shots?
