Thanks for the advice. These were originally edited as grey anaglyphs to be printed, so I wanted the main subject just slightly in front of the window. Not just to 'pop', but so that it would be recognizable without red/cyan glasses. I perhaps should have adjusted them when I cropped them for parallel viewing.
