Started creating 3D images for the first time back in late September 2013, and became immediately hooked ... everything looks better in 3D!
All my photos are taken with a single Panasonic Lumix DMC-FZ35 camera or my Huawei Mate 8 cell phone using a freehand cha-cha method.
The program has an automatic feature that will align both images and perform a bunch of other fine tuning measures, then you can also do many manual adjustments as well to fine tune the look of the 3D image as well. The program is able to save a 3D image in several modes too, such as anaglyph or Crossview/Parallel side-by-side etc., depending on how you wish to view them.
I however do not save the 3D images directly from StereoPhoto Maker, I just save the newly aligned images as 2 separate copies of the originals, then import the 2 new images into Photoshop CS5, where I then do a vast number of other manual adjustments to them before saving the pairs as separate crossview, parallel, and anaglyph 3D images. I then upload my parallel 3D image versions here for Phereo for them to process and display in their viewer,
