Started creating 3D images for the first time back in late September 2013, and became immediately hooked ... everything looks better in 3D!
All my photos are taken with a single Panasonic Lumix DMC-FZ35 camera or my Huawei Mate 8 cell phone using a freehand cha-cha method.
Thanks Brian, I know it can take anywhere from days to even a couple weeks for dragonflies to fully metamorphose and therefore attain their true full colors, and before that happens it may be difficult to identify them accurately. But with that in mind, I believe you may be correct on the ID anyway.
I'm fairly certain this dragonfly is the exact same species, and most likely gender, of this other image I had taken earlier in the year of a dragonfly that was older, already flying around, and hunting out in our horse pasture [http://phereo.com/image/5469801bd475fea413000271].
If your ID is correct, I presume they are both images of female Common Darter dragonflies. Thanks again!
