Yes, IBC2013 Amsterdam. Even Peter Jackson was expected on ceremony on Sunday, but instead came trailer for Hobit 2nd and entry from Peter with overview of his work.

Hello Pia, yes, IBC2013 was held in Amsterdam. I spent all the weekend here, really nice and well organized event. In order to provide live shooting scene for testing of their equipment, some actors/models were hired here. Some scenes were pretty nice done.

By the looks of the Delfts blue plates in the cabinet I should think this was taken also in Amsterdam. I Love the ambiance of this picture and the old yellow colours.
